Our Staff

Dr. Nathan Gorham, O.D.

Dr. Gorham has provided patient care at Family Vision for 20 years and has been the it’s owner since 2012. He has been in practice for over 26 years, caring for military members as an Army Optometrist for the first six of those years. He served military members and their families by fitting specialty contact lenses and treating such diseases as glaucoma, diabetes, and macular degeneration. 

He grew up in the Proctor neighborhood, attending Washington Elementary, Jason Lee Junior High, and Stadium High School. His bachelor’s and Doctorate degrees are from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. He enjoys singing in choirs and spending time with his beautiful wife and two children.

Raven

When you first walk into our office, you will be greeted by Raven. She helps patients begin their visits with us by checking insurance benefits and helping answer questions. With over 20 years in customer care as a jeweler and office manager she creates a welcoming environment for our patients and visitors.

Michele

Like Raven, Michele also welcomes you at the front desk and is likely the friendly voice who greets you if you call our office. She also provides essential logistical and tech support for the rest of the staff.

Misty

With great care Misty helps our patients navigate their insurance plans, making sure their benefits serve them best and billing companies on their behalf. She has extensive experience in banking and healthcare and takes care of you like family.

Teresa

Teresa has been an ABO Certified Optician for over 30 years and is very knowledgeable about optical lens design. She enjoys good conversation and has an exceptional eye for finding the right eyeglass frame for each patient. She loves working with frame lines from the subtle to the unique and consults with you carefully on your eyewear needs.
